It seems like 2007 had a lot of foreclosures, and it did, compared to 2006.
In my experience last year, Most of the homes that I was showing were shortsales, while many less were foreclosures.
Today it is a different story. Those short sales have now become forclosures, and the listers of shrortsales are struggling to “beat the clock
If they dont beat the clock than they will be taken over by the bank.

If you are the type that has a set time and date to move in, then forclosures are for you., Lets see em all
If you are ok with having several different offers out, and choosing the 1st one that will accept your offer than shortsales might work for you
