Monthly inventory drops drastically

I think I mentioned it before. The market is pretty crazy right now. Doesn’t matter what the experts say. They may be looking at the country as a whole. I am concentrating on the Phoenix Market only.
These are numbers straight from the MLS. The numbers do not include FSBO’s or “For sale by owners” and some spec homes arent listed on the MLS, but you will still see the trend.
The following graph is months of inventory currently on hand!
