Media says market is still going down. I disagree

Dont care what the media says, there are buyers.. and they are snatching up homes. Some are primary residents, some are snowbirds, some are investors. I have never worked so hard for so few closings.
The issue is primarily the multiple offer situations. Some of these homes are going quickly with many offers.
Here is a report that I subscribe to, with hard numbers.
