Damn that is nice!!! The house pictured isn’t like most houses. It’s layered. I can’t believe the pricing. I’m sorry buy how is this NOT a loss on part of the builder? How low can they go before they pass the bottom? LOL Congrats to Dave and Tina, what a deal!!!!
