Another month has finished, proving 2009 to be a stronger sales year than the last two years! Take a closer look at August:


Active Listing @ 37,068 remained STEADY from July 2009 @ 37,060 - It's important to note that Active listings in August 2008 were @ 52,741
Pending Listings @ 12,188 were down 331 from July 2009 @ 11,857
Monthly Sales @ 7,960 were down 1,092 from July 2009 @ 9,052 - Note that monthly sales in August 2008 were @ 5,661
Sales per Year @ 82,902 are up 31,242 from 2008 @ 51,660
Days on Market @ 101 is down 10 days from July 2008 @ 111
