Before buying a house, Checking house is a must but we never really see the small detail that needs to be focused on. I suggest when you purchase the dream house first check about termites, leaks or any waterdamage resulted by the past users. In this way you could prevent in getting diseases, and save financial expense in the future..

I truly believe that the choice and priority you are making are adjacent to checking out the house. Checking out houses for termite and any other damage is a wise decision to prevent expenses in the future.

I totally agree with rod and kate. This stuff should be taking priority. Another home improvement is very expensive things to do.
